Description   Using IDT’s analytical tools, these CPG based columns have been designed to increase yield and FLP with a dramatic reduction in N-1 product.  There's no need to change your synthesizer's configuration: 3-Prime's 3900 CPG Columns are designed to work with stock cycle and pressure settings   We've employed our exacting column design for maximum yield and purity, and you'll find that you get excellent performance on ABI 3900 and Bioautomation Mermade synthesizers.   This test kit contains 36 columns - all six available base types in both 40nmole and 200nmole scales. You can easily use this test to assess the quality and compare it against your standard Polystyrene based supports.
