These columns are made with a newly designed mold, reducing the variance from lot to lot, the supports are linkered using 3Prime's proprietary nucleoside attachment protocols, and each lot is functionally tested on our own 3900 instruments. These are not the poor quality substitutes you may have been offered by our competitors, but a product that will yield only the best results for your customers.

Our extensive development efforts to improve controlled porosity glass as a synthesis solid support have benefited the performance and cost of our columns. Our new GMP facility and quality programs result in columns that give the consistently high performance and reproducibility that you demand. Each batch of nucleoside support is synthesis tested to insure successful syntheses in your lab.

This test kit contains 36 columns - all six available base types in both 40nmole and 200nmole scales. You can easily use this test to assess the quality and compare it against your standard Polystyrene based supports.
Use this tool to configure your custom configurations in the pipette tip format. DNA, RNA, 2'OMethyl as well as modified supports are all available in most scales for your specific requirements.
